We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a part of the Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to generate sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Calls, lead generation, customer engagement, meeting targets, team collaboration, problem-solving, and customer follow-up.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, or issues.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Age: 20-25
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,257.68 - ₹20,991.32 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
