Responsibilities

v Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

v Generate sales leads

v Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

v Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

v Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

v Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

v Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

v Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

v Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

v Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nandanam, Chennai - 600035, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
