Role / Title: Customer Relation Executive
Reporting to: Team Leader
Department: Call Center Location: Mira Road
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: Customer Relation Executive will be responsible to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. MAJOR DELIVERABLES: - Respond to customer queries and customer concern - Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user. - Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies - Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs - Provide excellent customer service to our customers - You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis. - Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment - Should be fluent in language spoken and in making out-bound calls. - Should be able to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Role Specifications Educational Qualification: 12th and above Years and type of experience: Fresher to 2 years Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) & other language will be an added Advantage Technical Competencies: Ms. Office Behavioral Competencies: - Result oriented - Customer-oriented attitude. - Problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of company products and services. - Should focus on customer retention and satisfaction. Languages: English/Hindi/ Regional
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
