**Job Title: Customer Relations Executive**

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1-3 Years’

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact clients for follow-ups on pending orders, overdue payments, and account-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, and Logistics) to resolve customer issues and provide accurate updates.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and discussions.
- Send reminders and notifications regarding due payments and order status.
- Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or accounts receivable roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales support operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
