Customer Service Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. Responsible for providing consulting services to clients on immigration Services, Work Permits, Visas, Educational Courses, etc.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
- Clearly communicate information about our professional services
- Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit our offices
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and appointments
- Submit daily reports on the number of calls made and appointments scheduled
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Work passionate with domain expertise
- Ability to work independently & responsibly for office environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
- Availability for extra-time hours if required, with flexibility in scheduling
- Previous experience preferred / required - Additional training will be provided
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team (If required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
