As a **Customer Relations Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with schools, principals, teachers, and educational institutions. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information on our products, and supporting our sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Serve as the first point of contact for schools, teachers, and educational institutions, responding to inquiries and providing information about Kids Age Newspaper products and services.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at schools, including principals, teachers, and administrators.
- **Customer Follow-ups**: Ensure follow-up on customer inquiries and ensure timely conversions to sales. Manage ongoing client relationships to promote retention.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Ensure that all necessary customer details are communicated to relevant internal departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- **Market Awareness**: Assist in creating awareness of Kids Age Newspaper to drive engagement and foster interest among educational institutions.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have regarding products or services.
- **Sales Documentation**: Help prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and documents to clients, ensuring all required information is accurate and up-to-date.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers professionally and effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and patience.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently to meet goals.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong convincing and negotiation skills to close sales and retain clients.
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, business development, or sales is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
