**About Us**:
Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative educational concept aimed at making learning fun for students in Indian schools. We use activity-based methods like images, stories, puzzles, and unique techniques (such as Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, 3D Optical, etc.) to capture students' attention and engage them in curriculum-mapped content from Kindergarten to Class VIII. We are looking for a dynamic **Telesales Executive** to help us expand our reach and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers to promote Kids Age Newspaper.
- Build and maintain relationships with target organizations for business development.
- Increase market awareness and drive sales/volume growth, achieving business targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide necessary information to relevant departments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successfully convert leads into customers.
- Manage client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively to encourage a positive team environment.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
- Strong command of MS Office and Google search tools.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred).
- Strong ability to engage with clients over the phone and through digital channels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
