**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our team at BSquare CoWorking Space. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and closing deals for our coworking space services. Additionally, you will be required to meet with potential clients in person to showcase the coworking space and finalize the deals. If you are a motivated individual with great communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BSquare CoWorking Space and its offerings.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to show them the coworking space and close deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable coworking solutions.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and client onboarding.
- Participate in marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
- Comfortable meeting clients in person for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related role is an advantage.
