**About Us**:
Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative and activity-based educational newspaper for students in Indian schools. Our mission is to make learning fun and engaging through a range of unique techniques, including Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, and 3D Optical mediums. We aim to captivate students from Kindergarten to Class VIII and help them gain essential knowledge in an enjoyable, interactive way.

We are seeking a **Marketing Executive** to join our team, contribute to brand awareness, and support the growth of our business through creative marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Engagement with Educational Institutions**: Establish and nurture relationships with school principals, teachers, and other key stakeholders to promote the Kids Age Newspaper.
- **Business Development**: Identify and develop relationships with target organizations and potential clients to help expand the business.
- **Market Awareness**: Raise awareness about the Kids Age Newspaper through effective marketing strategies, thereby increasing sales and market reach.
- **Handling Inquiries & Orders**: Manage customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Ensure smooth communication with internal teams by providing them with necessary information related to sales and client requests.
- **Follow-ups & Conversions**: Actively manage follow-up processes with prospects and ensure conversions into clients.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Focus on both attracting new clients and building long-term relationships with existing ones to ensure repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and productive team environment by encouraging collaboration and sharing insights and strategies.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, proposals, and reports to ensure proper tracking and transparency of processes.

**Requirements**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.49 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
