Job Title Lead Generation Executive - Voice Process Location Thane Wagle Estate Salary Range 15 000 - 25 000 per month Working Days Monday to Saturday Sunday Off Job Overview We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Lead Generation Executives for our voice process team The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls engaging with potential clients identifying qualified leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads Explain products services and build interest among prospects Identify customer needs and provide suitable information Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Meet daily weekly monthly lead generation targets Required Skills Qualifications Minimum HSC Graduate in any stream 0-3 years of experience in lead generation telecalling voice process freshers can apply Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools preferred What We Offer Attractive fixed salary 15k - 25k Sunday fixed weekly off Growth opportunities within the organization Professional and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
