We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Dyneton In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our Alibaba com clients ensuring they receive exceptional service and guidance in managing their accounts effectively Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for Alibaba com clients and assist them with account management Provide guidance on product listings inquiries and platform navigation to help clients maximize their Alibaba com experience Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction retention and growth Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding client needs and concerns Key Skills Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi preferred Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities Experience in B2B customer service or account management is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls Basic knowledge of Alibaba com platform is a plus training will be provided What We Offer Competitive salary incentives Opportunity to work with a growing team and gain exposure to international clients Professional development and career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 17 178 03 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
