**Telecaller & Customer Relationship Manager/Executive**

**Work Schedule**:

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 per month _(based on experience & performance)_

**Benefits**:

- Travelling allowance for client/field visits

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT and digital services
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and industry trends
- Promote company services through calls, meetings, and presentations
- Maintain long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and ensure timely service delivery
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Represent the company during client visits and business meetings

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing _(freshers with strong skills may also apply)_
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet tools, and basic CRM software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in handling field visits and client interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline _(Marketing/Business preferred)_

**Job Types**: Full-time | Fresher | Internship
**Language Requirement**: English / Hindi

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
