Telecaller (Admission Counselor)

Boring Canal Road / Work from Office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Calling & Follow-ups**:

- Call potential students and parents from the provided leads database.
- Share information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
- Explain the benefits of the consultancy services and clear their doubts.
- Maintain daily follow-up with interested leads till closure.
- **Counselling & Conversion**:

- Guide students in choosing the right college/institute as per their interest, budget, and eligibility.
- Provide complete assistance till the final admission or form fill-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of admissions or form submissions.
- **CRM and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and status in Excel or CRM software.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of lead status and conversions.
- **Coordination with Field Teams / Colleges**:

- Coordinate with field executives or partner institutes for admission formalities.
- Schedule counselling appointments or campus visits if required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales will be a plus.
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication in Hindi (English preferred).
- Good convincing and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms).
- Patience and positive attitude towards students and parents.
