**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Assist in outbound calling campaigns to promote our services and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a telecalling or receptionist role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
