We are looking for a motivated Telecaller with 1 year of experience to join our team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language as per need).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
