We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telemarketer/Caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Telemarketer/Caller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients over the phone to generate leads and promote our real estate services. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling potential clients to introduce our real estate services and gauge their interest & generating leads
- Providing information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
- Following up with leads and maintaining a database of client interactions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Keeping accurate records of all calls and interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
