**Job Title**: Growth Executive - Full-time
**Location**: Delhi NCR
**Work Hours**: 6 days a week / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**:
As a Growth Executive at Dhampur Green, you will focus on handling customer queries through inbound calls and enhancing sales through outbound communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound calls to resolve customer queries and provide detailed product information.
- Make outbound calls to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Maintain and manage customer records accurately.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and company sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in FMCG or B2C industries.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and convert leads into sales.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
