About the role for a Healthcare Tech Startup:
A user growth executive who will be working to generate Free product trials with B2B/ B2C customer leads and sales for the SaaS based startup in Ayurvedic Treatments and other Alternate Therapies across India and abroad.
A prior experience in networking, research, marketing, sales in healthcare/ Pharma/ medical field would be preferred.
An MBA, or graduate or higher with great English and Hindi communication, social and networking skills is preferred.
Freshers can also apply, but only with a proven ability to take high pressures, get results, who can work on given sales targets, are self driven.
The performance will be observed weekly. And only result driven sales executives will be retained to work with us further from week to week.
There will be a performance and incentive bonus on each sale closed if you promoted that free trial and the lead gets closed with a client(individual or a corporate).
We will keep an initial period of testing of 10 days per user growth executive to see how they fare in the free trial lead generation and how they clear sales for the company. Then we can extend it from 10 - 30 days and more, and so on.
The position currently is WFH currently, and then can be made permanent later on, or on site at our office in Delhi - Mohan estate / Sarita Vihar. This is an open option for now to have WFH or WFO (from office).
Salary starts from 10,000 - 25000 per month with additional incentives (10,000-30,000) and daily reporting on performance.
