**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice ProcessProcess**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle inbound and outbound calls for Airmaster (Daikin Australia).**:

- **Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.**:

- **Provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner.**:

- **Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.**:

- **Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up where necessary.**:

- **Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills in English.**:

- **Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift (including night shifts).**:

- **6 days working with 1 rotational off.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.**:

- **Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.**
