**Job Overview**:
As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth for the company by identifying and executing growth opportunities across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, product, and business development.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Analyse and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Test and iterate on growth tactics to improve results and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on best practices in growth marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to support growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization would be a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
