Panora Lands, a prominent real estate company in Hubli, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Associate in Hubli.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential buyers, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, and contributing to the successful sale of properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Interaction: Initiate contact with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about available properties.
- Communication: Effectively communicate in Kannada, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
- Coordinating with Sellers: coordinate property viewings, and negotiate terms to achieve successful sales transactions.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: Any degree is acceptable.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the Hubli real estate market is advantageous.
