**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive sales training sessions twice a month for our real estate sales team.
- Train teams on prospecting, lead conversion, client engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Share market insights, industry best practices, and sales strategies relevant to the real estate sector.
- Design and deliver practical training modules, role plays, and case studies.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support in setting sales goals and tracking progress periodically.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience as a sales trainer or team lead in real estate.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and influence sales professionals.
- Available to conduct 2 in-person sessions per month (weekday/weekend based on mutual availability).

Pay: ₹3,412.04 - ₹5,106.69 per month
