The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and manage a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include market research, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating sales deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and regularly reporting sales performance to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Actively prospect, acquire, and close new client deals in the real estate sector.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and channel partners.Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to achieve successful closures.Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.Keep up-to-date with market trends, project offerings, and competitor activities.Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of successful closures.Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and achieve targets in a competitive environment.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
