**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote properties through branding and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Support team goals and participate in performance reviews
- Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 0-4 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
