**Sales Executive**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Sales Executive** with 1-4 years of experience to expand our dealer network and drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, negotiate deals, and manage dealer relationships to achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Management**: Handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and facilitate sales through dealers.
- **Dealer Network Expansion**: Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors to grow the sales network.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**: Pitch products, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with channel partners.
- **Customer Retention & Satisfaction**: Provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and ensure long-term customer and dealer satisfaction.
- **Market Strategy & Analysis**: Assist in developing strategies to expand sales territories, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Fluency in English and Hindi**:
- 1-4 years of experience in **sales** or **business development**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
