Job Description

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager with strong experience in the Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate industry to lead sales operations in Hubli and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding dealer networks, and identifying new business opportunities in both private and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers.
  • Build and manage a robust dealer/distributor network across the assigned territory.
  • Identify and track private and government project opportunities to increase market share.
  • Conduct territory mapping and analyze potential by market segment and application.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate.
  • Strong network with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors.
  • Proven skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
