Territory Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire detection, fire alarm systems, and CCTV-based surveillance solutions.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations across sectors such as residential projects, educational institutions, and industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with representatives from leading brands such as Ravel, Hikvision, and Bosch to propose integrated security solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal engineering and pre-sales teams.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate reports on client interactions and project pipelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of fire safety equipment (fire detection, alarm systems) and CCTV/security systems.
- Strong understanding of project sales in real estate, infrastructure, or institutional domains.
- Prior experience coordinating with major OEMs such as Hikvision, Bosch, and Ravel is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the region.
- Available to join immediately or within 15 days.
Pay: ₹109,470.76 - ₹325,413.18 per year
