Territory Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Territory executive to lead sales efforts, onboard new dealers,
and build strong relationships with B2B customers within a designated territory. The ideal
work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
2. Dealer Onboarding:
- Recruit and onboard new dealers within the territory
- Conduct dealer training and support
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and procedures
3. B2B Customer Visits:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and provide solutions
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
4. Territory Management:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory's market dynamics
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Adjust sales strategies accordingly
5. Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in dealer management and onboarding
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Salary Range : 25,000/ 30,000/
