**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for primary as well as secondary Sales.
- Creating and maintaining a report on the area sales.
- Must Handle and on board new distributors, Manage distributors in all aspects related to general trade division.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Have to give job training to the salesman to open new outlets, increase lines per bill, productivity, volume & relation build With the retailers
- Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
- Co-ordinate with marketing team and execute all the brand activities as per the agreed calendar in area.
- Ensuring proper coverage of the distributors in the allotted area.
- Manage new product launched conduct on job training to sales team.
- Responsible for target achievement of assigned territory.
- Tracking all competitors’ activities & make aggressive plan to counter team.
- Responsible for primary as well as secondary for Distributors.
- ensuring the execution of trade activities like branding, merchanting & visibility in the territory through banners Posters, board, in shop activities & sampling.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
