**Position: Sales Executive**
**Location: Hyderabad**
**Requisites**:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, Business development and sales is required.
- Must be ready to travel and should have own two wheeler.
- Able to provide quality leadership
- Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Meets commitments.
- Interpersonal Skills - Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control.
- Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
- Written Communication - Edits work for spelling and grammar; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
- Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Branding in the assigned territory and Brand Promotion
- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Business development in the assigned territory
- Regularly meeting with Architects/Interior Designers/ High End Builders/IBs/Villas.
- Managing Dealers and distributors of the region.
- Identify New Dealers and set up distribution channel in the region.
- Managing complete Primary/Secondary/Tertiary sales in the channel.
- Client Relationship Management.
