Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Drive Sales Growth and Customer Engagement in a Dynamic Pharmaceutical Environment

The Territory Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving sales growth and customer engagement in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Key Responsibilities: Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential customers through data analysis and drive sales performance through the skillful orchestration of positive customer experiences.
  • Engage in value-based conversations with customers to understand their challenges, decision-drivers, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target customers by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content, and multiple engagement channels.
  • Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at the territory level and challenge current behaviors to improve the patient journey.
  • Develop deep customer insights and understanding by gathering insights on customers' businesses and translating customer feedback into actions that create additional value.
  • Leverage available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Act with integrity and honesty by treating customers and colleagues in a transparent and respectful manner.

Requirements:

  • Established network to target customer group is desirable.
  • Cross-functional coordination skills are essential.
  • Able to understand changing dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Market knowledge and network is desirable.
  • Pre-launch activities are crucial.
  • Sales experience in healthcare or related business is required.
