Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in a company's offerings.
- **Sales**: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Customer Service**: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.

Skills Required:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- **Interpersonal**: Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Customer Handling**: Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
