**Roles & Responsibilities for Inside Sales Executive**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective clients and introduce company products and services.
- Understand client pain points and business challenges; offer tailored software solutions to meet their needs.
- Qualify leads and suggest the most appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects by following up consistently and keeping detailed records in Data.
- Provide comprehensive product information to clients, ensuring they clearly understand features and value propositions.
- Address objections effectively related to pricing, competition, or functionality.
- Negotiate pricing, present proposals, and close sales deals within defined timelines and sales cycles
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

**Skills for Inside Sales Executive**:

- Min. Bachelor’s degree must be required(prefer Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in software or service-based industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms.
- Proven track record in lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Good understanding of software products, features, and ability to handle technical queries from non-technical customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused with a growth mindset.
