**Position Overview**: The Inside Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating various administrative tasks and processes to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of products/services. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales performance through effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Ensure that all quotations align with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
- Follow up with customers on pending quotations and provide additional information or adjustments as needed.
- **Coordination with Sales Team**:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, order statuses, and customer feedback.
- **Order Processing**:

- Assist with the preparation of sales orders and ensure they are processed accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor order progress and update customers on the status of their orders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all quotations, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Track key sales performance indicators and assist with forecasting and pipeline management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative duties related to sales, such as filing, documentation, and meeting scheduling.
- Perform general office tasks to support the sales department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng. or a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
