**About the role**:
We are looking for an Associate - People Operations to provide support to our employees from onboarding to offboarding.
- The person should be a support pillar to the main objectives of the business to implement and maintain the best HR practices, being part of the continuous process improvements to make sure the staff works with the organization for a longer duration. Timely completion of PF activities and data integrity..**People Ops - Associate Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Supporting the HR department with onboarding all new Hires (sending & collecting paperwork)racking background checks
- 2. Handling the entire onboarding processes at office and workspace for smooth and structured onboarding
- login credentials for Gmail, HRMS and other communication tools- 4. Handling the logistics and accommodation of the new staff relocating to work location
