Position - Manager People and Competence - IT Infrastructure / Operations
Qualification -
- Must have completed the degree in Computer Science and Masters in Business with a focus on human resources management
- 12 + years of practical experience in people management/mentoring.
- Should posses strong technical understanding as this person will be playing a role of consulting the employees and managers for overall business functioning w.r.t people strategies
- Agile Methodologies
- SAP Modules / SAP consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all people and competence related aspects and processes (on operational, global and strategical level) and continuously develop all employees in the teams assigned, within an agile organization.
- Consider and analyze trends and plan the workforce requirements globally from strategic, tactical and operational perspective.
- Manage all people and competence related processes (i.e. PMGM, feedback processes, reward management), cooperate in assessments and guide through an agile recruiting process.
- Responsible for a future-proof competence set-up of the organization and actively drive corresponding measures (i.e. employee retention management, career and succession management).
- Act as a coach, mentor, change promoter and consulting partner for the organization and employees assigned.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous learning and development within the organization.
