Job Title – People Operations Manager

Location – Pune (Hybrid)

Position – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding, exit formalities, background verification (BGV), employee insurance, and HR data management.
• Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives — Fun Fridays, celebrations, wellness drives, and other culture-building activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation across the employee lifecycle, manage company policies, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Admin, IT, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless people service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding policies, benefits, and workplace-related queries.
• Support the design and rollout of new processes, tools, and systems to enhance people operations and organizational efficiency.

Experience

• 4–6 years of proven experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, preferably within tech-driven or SaaS-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, BGV, exit formalities, insurance management, and engagement activities.
• Strong understanding of data management, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Prior exposure to IT / SaaS / Technology-based organizations preferred; experience in a Salesforce-focused setup is an added advantage.
• Experience managing vendor partnerships and employee benefit programs.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Deep knowledge of people operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with tools like Canva for internal communications is a plus.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational functions in a dynamic IT environment.
