**Job Title: ERP Operator**

**Reports to: ERP System Administrator/Manager**

**Location: [Bhiwandi]**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Entry and Processing: Enter and process business transactions, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

2. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and troubleshooting.

3. Report Generation: Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making.

4. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP system functionality.

5. Data Management: Manage and maintain data integrity, including data validation, data cleansing, and data migration.

6. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures, including data access controls and audit trails.

7. System Upgrades and Testing: Participate in system upgrades and testing, including regression testing and user acceptance testing.

8. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, including finance, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of business processes.

2. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ERP system processes and procedures.

3. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with ERP system functionality and best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. ERP System Experience: Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

2. Data Entry and Processing: Strong data entry and processing skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.

3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot system issues.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to provide technical support and training to end-users.

5. Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organization skills, including ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Education and Certifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. ERP System Certification: Certification in ERP system administration, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
