**Key Responsibilities**:
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and

dispatch of food items.

Ensure proper handling of perishable and non-perishable food products.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

Monitor cold storage and temperature-controlled zones for compliance.

**Team Management**:
Lead and supervise warehouse staff including pickers, loaders, and supervisors.

Conduct training on food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet productivity targets.

**Compliance & Safety**:
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).

Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and audits.

**Systems & Reporting**:
Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.

Generate reports on inventory, dispatches, and operational KPIs.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

6+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience in food handling and cold chain logistics is essential.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices.

Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and MS Office.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:
Warehouse environment with exposure to cold storage areas.

May require shift work and weekend availability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
