About the Role :-

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at our Bhiwandi facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, supervising teams, and driving efficiency across warehousing, distribution, and customer servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure strict adherence to warehousing, handling, and fulfillment legislation requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
  • Implement and manage an effective stock control and inventory management system.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual Profit & Loss (P&L) statement of warehouse units.
  • Coordinate and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely operations.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints, ensuring quick resolutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and resource allocation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, dispatch timelines, and order fulfillment rates.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L accounts and warehouse budgets.
  • Excellent understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and statutory guidelines in warehousing.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in high-volume operations.
  • Certification in Logistics / Warehouse Management (preferred but not mandatory).
