We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Storekeeper to oversee food storage handling and distribution operations The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of food safety standards and experience managing warehouse teams and inventory systems This role is critical to ensuring the safe efficient and compliant movement of food products within the facility Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving storage picking packing and dispatch of food items Ensure proper handling of perishable and non-perishable food products Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock rotation FIFO FEFO Monitor cold storage and temperature-controlled zones for compliance Team Management Lead and supervise warehouse staff including pickers loaders and supervisors Conduct training on food safety hygiene and operational procedures Assign tasks and monitor performance to meet productivity targets Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to food safety regulations e g FSSAI HACCP Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols Coordinate with QA QC teams for inspections and audits Systems Reporting Manage warehouse management systems WMS and ERP tools Generate reports on inventory dispatches and operational KPIs Collaborate with procurement logistics and sales teams for smooth operations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field 6 years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience in food handling and cold chain logistics is essential Strong knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse best practices Proficiency in WMS ERP systems and MS Office Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Working Conditions Warehouse environment with exposure to cold storage areas May require shift work and weekend availability Interested candidates can share their resumes on hrd mrkfood in or Whatsapp 9820458853 - Ms Sonali Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
