**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Operations Executive - Logistics & Courier Coordination** to manage end-to-end shipment tracking and coordination with courier partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, addressing shipment issues, monitoring courier performance, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:Shipment Tracking & Coordination**
- Monitor and manage all shipments from dispatch to delivery across all channels.
- Ensure real-time tracking updates; follow up with courier partners to resolve delays or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate and updated shipment records.

**Courier Partner Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all courier partners.
- Coordinate pickup schedules, escalate delivery issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Foster strong relationships with courier representatives for smooth daily operations.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**
- Track courier KPIs like on-time delivery, exceptions, RTOs (Return to Origin), and delivery TAT.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports.

**Issue Resolution**
- Investigate and resolve customer shipment complaints in coordination with courier teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Warehouse) to close logistics gaps.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and propose process improvements.
- Support onboarding of new courier partners or enhance integrations with logistics platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics or operations coordination (preferred).
- Familiarity with shipment tracking tools, logistics platforms, or ERP systems is a plus.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with KPI tracking and reporting experience.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with courier APIs or shipping management software.
- Understanding of logistics metrics and industry benchmarks.
