**Job Title**: Office Administration and Sales Coordinator
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and assist in **GeM Portal** operations and its related processes like uploading relevant product literature, researching upcoming tenders on the portal, preparing bidding documents and other tender related activities.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory in **Tally ERP**, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and reorders are made when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documents, including sales orders, invoices, and other business-related paperwork.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize appointments for the sales team and management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration and/or sales coordination.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Government E-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
- Experience with inventory management and stock control in Tally ERP.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in dealing with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
