Administration Executive

Job Purpose: Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to
streamline processes. To oversee the administrative operations of a business. In charge of the department's
day-to-day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Timely Renewals of AMCs (AC, EPBAX, UPS, Water Filter, Pest control, IT
Infra/ CCTV Cameras)
2. Responsible for Office Maintenance - Physical (Structure, Electrical,
Furniture, Electronics, etc)
3. Stock keeping of fixed & movable assets and report on daily basis
4. Responsible for asset tagging and keep the track of the same
5. Liasoning with Govt. officials of TMC / Fire with management’s consent
6. Prepare SOP for Periodic Fire & Safety Drills and implement with
management’s consent
7. House Keeping of office, Production unit & Warehouse
8. Giving stationery requirement for office on monthly basis to purchase and
manage Costing and share reports with management every month
9. Manage material of House Keeping and Pantry and share reports with
management every month
10. Propose Employee Engagement Activities to management and support in
implementation
11. Assisting director in letter drafting
12. Ticketing, Lodging and Boarding Booking
13. Timely utility payments (water, electricity, telephone, etc.)
14. On Time Vehicle Insurance
15. Company vehicles timely servicing & document (Insurance Policy, PUC, RC
book, etc) maintaining.
16. Security Management, Pantry Management and Pest Control management
17. Coordination & follow up with vendors for office assets repairs &
maintenance.
18. Arrangement of Office decorations for festivals & events
19. Managing documents and departmental filing
20. Support in SOP documentation / typing out documents
21. Should be open to accept any unforeseen tasks related to administration
22. Take care of budgeting and cost control
23. Prepare and share admin MIS

Requisite Skills**:Excellent Administrative Skills & good knowledge of Ms-Office**
- Knowledge of all admin related work
- Ability to communicate & work effectively across teams & with a variety of
people both inside & outside the organization.
- Able to work under pressure, flexible, friendly & helpful
- Excellent communication (Written and Verbal)
- Should be good in MS Office (Specifically in Advance excel)
- Should be good in people management
- Good in decision making
- Ability to work under pressure
- Friendly and Cooperative behavior
Desired Skills**:Should have been a part of strategic meetings with any organization**
- Should have created systems and processes with any manufacturing company
Education: Any Graduate
Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 Years experience from FMCG manufacturing industries.
