We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Admin Executive to join our team at JackInTheBox Toys Private Limited. As an Admin Executive, you will work closely with

our experienced Operations team to learn about the industry, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, contribute to the team, and gain valuable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventories; maintain an organised workspace.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Manage databases, update internal records, and prepare administrative reports.
- Order Processing: Provide support with order processing and follow-up.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organise important company documents (invoices, contracts, etc.), ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to different departments, assist with employee onboarding, and maintain internal communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (A diploma or equivalent experience can be considered in some cases.)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience in a similar industry (craft/toy/retail) is a plus. Freshers are open to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Familiarity with using CRM software, ERP systems, or other administrative tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to anticipate and address issues efficiently, ensuring smooth office operations and customer service.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
