- Handling daily live operations
- Willing to work in rotational shift
- Vehicle deployment as per customer - site requirements
- Dispatch all the vehicles on the client's schedule time.
- Vehicle follow ups as per customer - site requirements
- Update daily vehicle entry in log sheet.
- Cross Check the GPS of the vehicle before dispatch
- Prepare the checklist on daily basis before the vehicle deploy
- Maintain all data in google sheet on daily basis
- Instruct drivers for daily routes and follow ups till trip start to end
- Receive all the official calls on duty time and reply to all the queries with solutions.
- Follow up with vendors for vehicle deployments
- Collecting all the supporting documents.
- Prepare vehicle check list and update to maintenance department
- Incident / Accident information flow to all the team on real time
- Understand and update daily requirement of clients and update to reporting manager
- Preparing all the required document on real time and submit to concern team (Clients / HO)
- Update all the supporting required by HO Account and Billing team
- Follow up all the rules and policy of HO
- Work on the ERP SoftwareO

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhandup, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations excutive: 3 years (preferred)
- Handling daily live operations: 3 years (preferred)
