
Customer Service Representative

Hiring for the role of a CSR for a Product based Healthtech Company, a flagship company funded by a reputed Pharma group.
**Position**:Customer Service Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Understand and effectively communicate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive resolution for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
- Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and updates to accurately assist customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status inquiries.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following established procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and problem resolution.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying areas for enhancement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the company's values and image.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Time management skills to effectively handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and evolving processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Shift timings - General Shift

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
