Job description:
**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai.

**Salary**:

- ₹14,600 (for Freshers)

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers and ensure excellent service
- Explain and demonstrate games to customers
- Handle cashiering and billing processes

**Working Hours**:

- 9-hour shifts per day
- 1 weekly day off
- Public holidays and weekends are working days

**Shift Timings**:

- Female (Rotational): 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM | 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM_
- Male (Rotational): 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM_

**Note**: Must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining
