**Job Summary**:
The primary role of the Accounting and Finance trainer is to lead all the new hire

training activities. Develop content, assist and facilitate periodic review, implement

project-specific standard operating procedures (SOP) training for new and existing

employees of the project assigned to the Accounting and Finance Department.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Train the new hires joining in the accounting and finance department and

make them ready to handle client accounts and books.
- Analyse the training needs of the current team and ensure that the

employees perform to their maximum potential.
- Track the training progress of employees and ensure that they have

completed the training assigned to them in the LMS.
- Assist in the development of training content and materials.
- Assign training or conduct training as per the training need of the team.
- Facilitate the on job training in consultation with the team managers to

ensure that the training man-hours are achieved.
- Evaluate the training effectiveness of the training delivered and adopt

methods to improve training effectiveness.
- Work towards assisting the teams to consistently achieve their

performance metrics of the team.
- Conduct refresher training when required.
- Train the employees identified under the Positive Performance Plan.
- Track the individual development plans of the employees working in the

Accounting and Finance Department.

**Skills**
- Minimum 4 year of experience working as a trainer or team lead in the

accounting and finance department.
- Prior exposure to US accounting standards
- Exposure to accounting software and ERP systems like QuickBooks is

preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and advanced MS Excel skills are

preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

**Package: Up to 12 LPA**

**Qualification**
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a

related field
- ISTD Certification or any other training related certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
