**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing invoices and purchase order.
- Assisting auditors in audits.
- Handle other accounts & finance related tasks as assigned.
- Respond to customer and staff queries regarding accounts and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations.
- Assisting head of accounts & finance team in their working.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience of at least 2 years in accounts and finance.
- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role in either laboratories or hospitals.
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while ensuring accuracy.
